Are there restrictions on who can use this program?

At the moment we cannot provide services to individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, cancer patients, individuals with type 1 diabetes, polycystic ovaries, and gastrointestinal tract infections/diseases in the acute phase.

Can I retake the personal assessment?

Absolutely, yes! Log back into your personal dashboard and select the section called “Personal Assessment Update”.

I just joined. How do I get started?

After completing your assessments, please check your inbox for notifications when the menus are available for download. In the meantime, we will send you the transitional menu to use during this first week.

What type of food do I eat while on the program?

The foods consumed on this program are whole foods, helping you learn to make healthy choices. You will consume a variety of foods, to complement your health conditions and preferences if selected.

Will I be staying hungry on this program?

Definitely no. The caloric reduction is within an acceptable amount, making it comfortable for an individual to be on this program. Additionally, the menu can be adjusted, in case you do feel hungry or uncomfortable with the calorie deficit.

Do I have to be overweight to participate?

You do not have to be overweight to participate in this program. Anyone interested in pursuing a healthy lifestyle, establishing healthy habits, and learning new weight management skills can participate in this program.

Where can I find my certificate?

After successfully completing the course quiz, a printable/downloadable certificate will be generated for you. The certificate can always be found in your account, under My Certificates.

Can I purchase individual courses?

At this time, our courses are being sold in bundles of 3 or more.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.
