After completing your assessments, please check your inbox for notifications when the menus are available for download. In the meantime, we will send you the transitional menu to use during this first week.
The foods consumed on this program are whole foods, helping you learn to make healthy choices. You will consume a variety of foods, to complement your health conditions and preferences if selected.
Definitely no. The caloric reduction is within an acceptable amount, making it comfortable for an individual to be on this program. Additionally, the menu can be adjusted, in case you do feel hungry or uncomfortable with the calorie deficit.
You do not have to be overweight to participate in this program. Anyone interested in pursuing a healthy lifestyle, establishing healthy habits, and learning new weight management skills can participate in this program.
After successfully completing the course quiz, a printable/downloadable certificate will be generated for you. The certificate can always be found in your account, under My Certificates.
